By creating an account or using FinGrow, you enter into a binding agreement with us. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

FinGrow is an AI-powered personal finance platform. Its insights are for informational and educational purposes only and are not registered financial, investment, or banking advice. Always consult a qualified advisor before making financial decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FinGrow. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

FinGrow offers a free tier along with paid plans and AI credits. Current plans, pricing, and limits are shown on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, and recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use FinGrow for any unlawful purpose, upload malicious files, reverse-engineer the service, share your account, or run automated bots beyond personal use.

FinGrow owns the platform's content and technology. You retain full ownership of the financial data you upload.

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights and are not liable for financial decisions made based on them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinGrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
