Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run FinGrow for you:

• Account information — your name, email, and a hashed password.
• Profile information — income, occupation, city, and financial goals (all optional).
• Financial data — transactions, uploaded statements, and spending patterns you choose to share.
• Usage data — anonymized product analytics used to improve the experience.

We use your information to provide and improve the service, generate AI insights, process payments, send service notifications, offer support, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we never use your financial data for advertising.

Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest with AES-256. All traffic is protected in transit with HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed with Argon2, and access is granted via short-lived JWTs with refresh tokens.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. We retain it for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete all of your data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers — a payment processor for billing, AI model providers for generating insights (only the necessary context is sent, never raw identifiers), and a caching layer that stores no personal data.

• Access & export — download your data from Settings → Export Data.
• Delete — erase your data from Settings → Delete All Data.
• Correct — update your profile at any time.
• Portability — your export is provided in machine-readable JSON.

We use minimal cookies for sign-in sessions and remembering your theme. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

FinGrow is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app.
